By accessing this site, it’s understood that you have read the Terms & Conditions given below and are in compliance and acceptance to the same. If you do not wish to be in compliance with the Terms and Conditions given below, then we request that you not use or access this site. Arytan Technologies reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions on the site – www.embeddedsystemtraininginstituteinjaipur.com periodically, which would come into effect with its immediate upload. You are hereby requested to check the Terms and Conditions periodically and also agree to the same before using or accessing the website. Your continued use or access of our site would be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

2. General Guidelines

All students must carry their Arytan-issued ID card to attend classes.

Students are expected to maintain decorum and professionalism within the premises.

Any form of misconduct may lead to disciplinary action, including dismissal from the course.

3. Registration & Fees

A non-refundable registration fee is required to enrol in any course.

Full course fees must be paid by the date of reporting or as per the agreed payment schedule.

4. Attendance & Certification

A minimum of 70% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for the course completion certification.

Students absent for more than one day will not be provided with separate backup classes.

Missed topics can be covered in other batches with prior written approval from the trainer.

5. Lab & Equipment Usage

Students may be required to share lab equipment and computers.

Any damage or loss of equipment will be collected by the student who is responsible, and appropriate fines may be levied.

Downloading unauthorised data or software in the lab is strictly prohibited.​

6. Project Work

For courses involving project work, students are responsible for procuring the necessary components.

Arytan Technologies will provide toolkits for project development.

Completed projects remain the property of the student upon course completion.

7. Leave Policy

Students wishing to take leave must submit a written application to the management in advance.

Approval of leave is at the discretion of the management and may affect eligibility for certification.

8. Certification Process

Certificates will be issued within 15 days of course completion, subject to clearance of all dues.

Students must apply for their certificates at the reception after full fee payment.

9. Refund Policy

Registration fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.

The Registration fees of Rs 1000/- is always inclusive of the total fees paid by the student at any point in time. Even if the student pays less fees at the registration time due to lack of funds, then also the reg fee will also be adjusted by Rs 1000/- on the final Payment.

The Registration fees and GST is Non-Refundable in any case whatsoever.

The Fee is Refundable only under the following conditions:

The first two classes of any course will be considered as trial classes, and if a student is not able to understand the lecture, then he has to report to the program manager after the end of the second class. In this case, the fee paid by the student will be refundable after deducting the GST and the Registration Charges of Rs 1000/-

For every other condition apart from the above condition the Fees once Paid is Non Refundable in any case whatsoever which may include cases such as transfer from one location to other, non-attending classes due to getting selected in some company, non-attending classes due to some exams, non-attending classes due to some medical/ family/personal or any other reasons whatsoever.

The Fess once paid by the student is non-transferable on account of any other Admission referred by the Student or directly registered at Arytan.

10. Code of Conduct

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

The student will be responsible for any disputed activity in the accommodation. If any type of miss happening will takes place in accommodation or in the city, it will be the sole responsibility of the student; ARYTAN will not be responsible for the same.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
